Copies of electronic files worked on will be kept for a period of 3 years for the purpose of follow up work, reprints & new editions unless otherwise agreed. For future work it is the responsibility of the client to keep a copy of electronic files, & these will be supplied on completion of each job.
Personal information & contact details we have collected in any format including correspondence, in person or over the phone will only be used for the purpose for which they were provided.
